The first step to resolving any tax problem is to find out where you currently stand with the IRS for all of your taxes.  One year cannot be resolved on its own without knowing about all the other years, unless you decide to full pay the one year.  Our products and services are designed to inform you of your current status, advise you of what needs to be done in regards to filing any missing tax returns, provide you with all the income and other information that the IRS has on you, and finally to get you resolution.  This is what we call your "Roadmap to Resolution."
